I've spent more than a decade building software in Ruby on Rails. My own product, Paid Members App, has been in operation since 2016 and has helped customers process more than $20 million in membership sales on Stripe.

Running my own SaaS meant owning everything: product decisions, engineering, infrastructure, and customer support. Doing all of that taught me that the hardest part of software is usually deciding what to build, which led me to product management. Today I work full-time as a Technical Product Manager.

Alongside that role, I take on a limited number of engagements in two areas: AI-enhanced Rails engineering, and fractional technical product management for teams that need product leadership without a full-time hire.

AI coding tools are part of how I work every day. They help me move faster through research, scaffolding, and routine changes, while I stay responsible for architecture, code review, tests, and production quality.

I'm based in Boulder, Colorado. Outside of software, I also practice aquatic therapy.
